Today’s piece came together really late. I found a fellow designer’s blog where she voiced some concerns about her own #daily365. After giving her my 2 cents’ worth (although, truth be told, it read more like a dollar in pennies’ worth. I have a tendency to ramble a bit when I write… But I digress), I decided to go trolling the Internet for famous quotes (there was one– from Thomas Edison) that says genius is 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration, which is how I tend to feel on days like today when coming up with an idea for my CSED is a little tougher than most days. In the end, I came across this quote from Dr. King:
“Human salvation lies in the hands of the creatively maladjusted.”
I also came across something that made me think of Helen Keller, which is why it’s set in Braille.

Enjoy. Your thoughts, comments, crits, shoutouts or audience heckles are always welcome.

Hello Rafael,
Thanks for sharing my blog post! About your piece for today, that’s a neat idea. I would suggest making the braille looked raised. The embossed look is overdone, for sure, but your piece would benefit from it!
